Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 30 years. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should be Graduate from a recognized University and Shorthand and typing skills should be, Dictation-10 mits @ 80 w.p.m. with transcription-50 mts (English) or 65 mts (Hindi) on computers for Post No.1, Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) from CBSE or recognized Board and Typing speed with a minimum speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computers for Post No.2.
Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in written examination, trade test and interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format by super scribing the envelope with “Application for the post of Junior Stenographer (English)/ Lower Division Clerk, should reach to the Joint Director (Admn. & Finance), National Book Trust, India, Nehru Bhawan, 5, Institutional Area, Phase-II, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi – 110 070 on or before 09-12-2013.
